I’ve not been to a festival for a few years now, but used to go a lot when I was younger, and Jack and Ruby’s garden wedding took me right back to those festival vibes. A chilled, colourful and fun wedding day, set on a farm with tractors, fire engines and plenty of chickens and peacocks.

Fun and Colourful Festival Vibe
Ruby and Jack’s family friend allowed them to use their farmland and with some imagination the happy couple turned a field into a mini festival with food trucks, fire-pits, bunting, straw bails and the most amazingly decorated marquee.
Glastonbury Style Wedding
Full of colourful flowers and lots of home made touches, guests enjoyed long tables for communal dining and listened to family friends playing music sets.
As with any festival this wedding had its share of rain, and at one point we feared a Glastonbury style mud pit, but the festival gods were good to us and the weather cleared to give us sunshine and the perfect opportunity to explore the farm and capture some beautiful portrait shots.
I loved capturing this wedding and I’m pleased to call myself a festival wedding photographer.
