We would like to thank Damion for all his hard work and being an exceptional example of a great wedding photographer.
If we were to describe Damion with three words it would be: personable, diligent and talented.
Right from the initial video call all the way through the process was a sheer delight. It didn’t take us long to find Damion’s work online and his portfolio said it all. At that point, we decided that Damion was going to be our wedding photographer.
He has a very reassuring and friendly personality which immediately put us at ease and one less thing to worry about on our big day. The engagement shoot was fantastic as it built our relationship with him and gave us a greater understanding of what we could expect on the big day.
On the big day he was very discreet, organised and planned the day out perfectly.
We received the photos when we were on our Honeymoon (which was perfectly timed). We loved the documentary style. Damion managed to capture every detail of the day, and all emotional moments.
The Queensberry album was stunning. It was difficult to narrow them down as they were all so beautiful.

Damion faced a difficult challenge with my Wedding, not least because I arranged it without the Bride being involved – but also because I knew what I wanted as a keen amateur photographer.
Before selecting Damion, I undertook a lot of research and spoke to many highly rated photographers. Damion kept in constant contact, undertook several visits to the Venue to plan the shoot, liaised with me to check upon specific shots I wanted and just basically filled me with confidence that I had the right man.
What happened on the Wedding Day itself surpassed any expectations I might have held – from striding into the Bride’s house and introducing himself, to making everyone at ease at the Reception and then undertaking such tremendous efforts late into the evening capturing an amazing party on the Tower Walkway.
Nothing has ever been too much to ask, we have just had the most amazing support.

We couldn’t have asked for a more fantastic wedding photographer! Damion was amazing to work with from start to finish. We met Damion at a wedding fair and as soon as we saw his previous work and spoke with him we knew he was the photographer for us.
The communication throughout the lead-up to the wedding and long after whilst organising the album has been incredible which is exactly what you need. On the day of the wedding Damion was with us from 10am to 10pm/10:30pm and was as professional as you can get. In addition to him as a person the final product of the photographs are absolutely beautiful and we couldn’t be happier. We’ve had so many compliments from friends and family about how great they look. The fact Damion has won awards for some of the photos he has taken at our wedding says it all. His interaction on social media is nice as well, keeps the hype of the wedding alive and nice to see sneak peaks prior to receiving the full batch.

Damion photographed our wedding in June 2018. He was very helpful in any communication before and after our wedding to ensure that we got what we wanted from his work, from the initial consultation through to the final delivery of our wedding album. On our wedding day, Damion was prompt, well organised, well equipped and professional. Thus allowing us to have one less thing to worry about. He was good with any posed family and couple shots, giving direction well, but also happy to try others suggestions. Between posed photos, Damion managed to capture lots of candid shots too. But most importantly, he captured all the main moments and elements of our wedding perfectly. The turn around on our final images and wedding album was as quick as could reasonably be expected. We enjoyed a preview of a selection of our final images on the last day of our honeymoon with the rest of the images being ready just a few weeks later. Our album was something we were very particular about, and we both had a vision of how we wanted it to look. Damion did very well to accommodate our vision, completely redesigning it from the original layout. We were also rather indecisive over the album cover, and again, Damion helped us make the change to an upgraded micro-leather last minute. Once our album was finalised, it took around one week to arrive and we are both very happy with the quality of it, and of course the photographs inside. The photography is one of the most important parts of a wedding – it is how it will be remembered by us and viewed by those who couldn’t be there. We are glad we chose Damion to photograph ours, purely for the time and effort he gave to knowing and understanding our requirements as well as the fantastic final images and quality album, which we will treasure for a lifetime.

We first met Damion when trying to find a wedding photographer and were so pleased by how friendly he was and how much he put us at ease- especially considering we really had no idea what we wanted or were looking for! He showed us lots of examples to give us ideas of shots and what sort of effect you could get.
We knew immediately we would book him! The engagement photo shoot in Richmond Park was well worth doing, not only for the amazing photos Damion gave us but also he got us used to different kinds of poses and how to be natural in front of the camera.
On the actual day itself, he managed to capture all of the best moments and get shots of all of our guests which is so worth it as they are moments that you don’t usually see as a bride and groom!
We are so happy with the photos we have and have already been sending them to family and friends to put on their walls! He managed to get perfect confetti shots which are hard to do and get a big whole group photo in front of the river so that we have one of all our of guests. We are thrilled with Damion and his photos and couldn’t recommend him highly enough!

Damion was professional, discreet and an asset to our wedding day. From the moment we engaged him as our photographer we were reassured and comforted that we had made the right decision. When we first met Damion on Skype, I couldn’t believe how friendly and down to Earth he was. We just felt like we knew him already, and were just so excited for him to be our photographer.
Our engagement shoot was cold and windy, but he was patient and persistent. We got some amazing shots and we’re so happy with them.
The wedding photos were stunning! He just made us look happy, captured all those important moments, and it was fun and relaxed. The fireworks and sparklers were magical shots.

As we are both hopelessly awkward in front of the camera, we chose to have a pre-wedding shoot in Green Park, London.
This was a perfect opportunity to help us feel relaxed with Damion and the resulting images confirmed that we could indeed take a good picture!!

The Ham Yard Hotel in London was the perfect venue. Our wedding ceremony was on the roof top garden terrace followed by party celebrations downstairs in the Croc Bowling Alley complete with bowling, karaoke and selfie props aplenty.
Damion was discreet as he went about capturing the day and stayed well into the early hours.
We could not be happier with how he handled the day and the beautiful photos he has created. Indeed, every time we look at our photos, we cannot help but smile and be transported back to that wonderful day.

Excellent photos, professional, candid style Damion was excellent from the start. He clearly knew his stuff, explained it all very well, and was able to answer any questions we had. We had a video call with him beforehand to discuss our needs and get more comfortable with him as a person. He is very friendly, forthcoming with direction (which was very helpful since schedule on day was pretty tight), and was very professional and charming on the day. He captured some brilliant shots, we got a taster of photos very soon after the wedding, and got images back within about 6 weeks. Would highly recommend him – his style was modern and candid – less posed shots, although he would accommodate those of course if we wished. He got some amazing images of the whole venue and from different perspectives (guest / bridal party) , so you could get a sense of the day all round. Well done.

Before I get started I want to say that I can’t thank or recommend Damion Mower enough. I don’t even have the words to describe how utterly fantastic he was and how mesmerising and enchanting the photos are. We could not have possibly asked for a better experience and I can’t praise him, his assistant, and their work enough.
Now into the details. All my life, my mother always used to say that if you spend money on anything for your wedding, let it be the photography, and I have to say that following this advice was the best decision I’ve made throughout the entirety of the wedding planning.
We found Damion just through online research and we knew straight away from the writing on his website, that he was the right fit for us. Me and my husband are very young (21 and 22) and we had quite an unusual personal pagan wedding planned and Damion was completely open minded and ready to work with us on everything. He completely fit our philosophy of making our wedding about collective love and bliss shared.
We didn’t have much knowledge about wedding planning before this all began and we started with only six months to pull it off. Damion encouraged us a lot and he helped with some of the things we were slacking on like organising the preliminary schedule. He was totally patient with our frankly disorganised planning style.
On the day he was utterly brilliant, he really made sure to keep us informed and communicate with us. He worked with our schedule and gently reminded us for specific events like family photos. His assistant was also lovely, together they made sure to capture special moments from multiple angles so we could get every detail, like getting both me and my husband during like the first look. They managed to completely cover the groomsmen getting ready as well as the bridesmaids despite being in completely different buildings. Damion has an incredible eye. He caught so many special moments of the bridesmaids getting ready as well as using features of our house like mirrors to capture especially artful shots. They got everything that was important to us and much more. They were totally unobtrusive during our ceremony and gave us so many beautiful photos from it, as well as being totally flexible to me adjusting the schedule during the reception on the day to suit my needs.
After the wedding he kept communication open through emails as well through regularly sending us sneak peek photos and updates. When the final set came out I was completely and utterly blown away. There are so many special shots. Every guest is included in at least a few shots so there’s something for everyone. We asked for a documentary style shoot and now we that have the photos, we are so so so elated with the result. There are so many beautiful candid pictures, so many are filled with laughter, smiles and tears. I can hardly pick just 50 for the album since there are so many photos that me and my husband love. The little touches mean everything, the beautiful memory stick in our wedding colours and Damion working with us for our wedding to feature on Rock and Roll Bride. He truly is the perfect wedding photographer.
At the end of the day, when you look back on your wedding in a months time, or years time, you’ll hardly remember the food, you’ll hardly remember the music, you’ll hardly even remember much of the decor, the thing that will take you back to your wedding day is the photos you have. The evidence of all the crying, the speeches, the hugging. The utter bliss that everyone was enveloped in. This was the gift Damion gave us. I’m so so incredibly grateful for it. If you’re considering Damion, and you’re not sure yet or you have any concerns about the cost, let me tell you that he is worth it. The beautiful photos that I will treasure forever are worth it.
