Greek Wedding at Sopwell House

Jasmine and Savva celebrated their union in a breathtaking Greek wedding ceremony at the Twelve Apostles church, followed by a vibrant reception at the luxurious Sopwell House in Berkshire.

The traditional Greek Orthodox service was filled with meaningful rituals and blessings, symbolising their eternal bond. Jasmine looked stunning, while Savva stood proudly by her side, both surrounded by their closest family and friends.

The ceremony featured honoured traditions, such as the crowning with stefana, where the couple’s crowns were exchanged three times to signify their unity under God. The melodic chanting and ornate interior of the church created a sacred and unforgettable atmosphere.

After the ceremony, the festivities continued at Sopwell House, where guests were treated to an elegant reception filled with Greek flair. Jasmine and Savva opened the dance floor with the traditional money dance. Guests enthusiastically pinned money to the couple, symbolising wishes of prosperity and good fortune. The joyous atmosphere was amplified by spirited Greek dancing, including the lively sirtaki and kalamatianos, with guests joining hands and circling the dance floor.

The evening was a beautiful blend of tradition, love, and celebration, leaving unforgettable memories for all.
