As an Offley Place wedding photographer I absolutely love shooting at this luxury country house hotel in Hertfordshire.

It’s an amazing 17th century country manor house with a rural setting on the outskirts of the village of Great Offley and only a short distance from where I live, making me very familiar with this beautiful wedding venue.

Offley Place has so many beautiful features and I like to ensure that when documenting your wedding photography we blend the details of the parkland and mansion into your day, from the gorgeous Rose Garden to the stunning Hester Ballroom.

An Idyllic setting

I’ve had the pleasure of capturing several weddings at Offley Place and I highly recommend the venue. The team are superb, efficient and completely on top of your wedding planning and the venue makes a stunning backdrop to your wedding day.

The Conservatory

As an Offley Place wedding photographer I think the beauty of the venue is its light. The gorgeous Conservatory with its glass ceiling and huge windows overlooking the grounds make for an intimate wedding ceremony, tastefully finished off with chandeliers. Wedding ceremonies in here are especially lovely. It has the capacity for 120 guests making it suitable for most couples and perfect for an intimate and personal wedding ceremony.

The rustic feel to the Conservatory and the chandeliers, with the floor to ceiling glass windows overlooking the Rose Garden and its 27 acres of parkland estate make a majestic backdrop to your romantic day.

The Hester Ballroom

The Hester Ballroom is a new addition to the venue and offers larger weddings (capacity of 250) the flexibility to use the space as a ceremony room and a wedding reception. The light in the room spills in and gives guests a gorgeous vista of the Offley Place Rose Garden.

The Rose Garden

Whenever I photograph a wedding at Offley Place I always encourage my couples to spend some time in the parkland and capture some newlywed portraits.

Both the Rose Garden and the 27 acres of parkland make great spots for photographs all year round.

Sweeping Driveway

This is a stunning venue that offers enormous flexibility, looking great during the day for the wedding ceremony and reception and equally as epic in the evening when the party starts.

16 Bedrooms

Guests will be impressed from the moment they arrive as they travel down the sweeping driveway to arrive at the country manor. Whats more, they can even stay overnight in one of the 16 luxurious bedrooms available at Offley Place, or enjoy the Spencer restaurants sumptuous food.
