Monks Barn is steeped in history. With its timber beams, vaulted ceilings, and rustic textures, it provides an entirely different style of backdrop compared to the Neo-Gothic splendour of Ashridge House. Photographing here allows me to capture images that feel natural, authentic, and timeless, with the barn’s warm tones adding a romantic depth to every frame.

The surrounding grounds are just as beautiful. Step outside and you’ll find charming gardens, open lawns, and woodland paths — perfect for relaxed portraits and those quiet, in-between moments that often become a couple’s favourites.
