An Introduction

The emotions that flood your wedding day make the most precious of images. These are the photographs that transport you back to the sights, sounds and senses of your wedding day and how you felt.

My photography is about telling the story of your wedding day, capturing the knowing glances, the nerves, the pride, those unexpected moments, the joy, laughter, and the tears.  I never forget that it’s your special day and maintain an unobtrusive presence, letting you relax and get swept away with the moments.

Above all, I aim to provide you with a fabulous set of photographs that you will treasure, documenting every detail of your wedding day.

My Style

Every wedding is beautifully unique and individual to you.  My job is to tell your story, capturing your key moments as they unfold and creating a unique collection of photographs that are personal to you.

I approach each wedding as an entirely unique day, capturing the natural flow, preserving the genuine moments without choreographed scenes, staged poses or forced smiles.  Most of the time you won’t even notice I’m there, blending into your day, creating shots that add an artistic twist to your album.

On your day I’m there from the getting ready shots in the morning, capturing the details that you’ve put so much effort into, through to the dancing in the evening (and everything in between).

It’s important to me that I not only deliver a beautiful reflection of a special time in a families life together but also an amazing experience.  I’m always on hand to lend some guidance where needed, either on the day or in our consultancy sessions before the wedding where we run through the timings of the day and explore the photographic options.

After the wedding I spend a great deal of time individually editing and perfecting your photographs, ensuring that when you first get to see the images from your day you’re delighted.  Once you’ve decided on the final set of shots I then curate them into a gorgeous Queensberry wedding album, providing you with a beautiful collection of memories and a family heirloom
