The county of Berkshire boasts some magnificent wedding venues that include castles, country houses and racecourses – all of which are perfect for a special day and great locations for this Berkshire wedding photographer.
Only a short drive from where I live are some of my personal favourite Berkshire wedding venues, including Lillibrooke Manor and Wasing Park.

Whenever I shoot at a venue I always try and make the most of the venues surroundings, weaving the details that you fell in love with into your wedding photography and leaving you with a set of images that tell the story of your day. It’s important to me that we make the most of the venue and ensure you have a fabulous set of images for you to cherish.

Favourite Berkshire Wedding Venues
Berkshire VENUES
The Oakley Court, Berkshire
The Oakley Court is a picturesque river side wedding venue with spectacular grounds and a gothic styled Victorian mansion. The Oakley Court combines an intimate feel with some striking backdrops and lots of great spots to capture beautiful wedding photography.
With the River Thames running alongside the grounds and the weeping Willow trees creating a natural frame, it’s a must to walk down to the private jetty and capture some wedding day moments. The surrounding grounds make for a great place to take group photographs and candid shots of your friends and family.
Lillibrooke Manor, Berkshire
This grade II listed Manor House in Maidenhead is a stunning place to get married and with a manicured garden outside the ceremony room, guests can enjoy pre-drinks before the ‘I do’s’. The Great Barn is full of rustic charm and like many barns in Berkshire you’ve got a blank canvas to make your wedding day unique.
I usually take the group photographs outside the small barn in the courtyard, capturing candids in the garden space and the Engine Room. Most people decorate the barn to their own tastes and I make sure that this is well captured when I’m photographing your day.
Great House at Sonning, Berkshire
Set on the banks of the river, The Great House offers manicured lawns and stunning scenery, the perfect location for a romantic wedding in Berkshire. The combination of natural light piercing through the windows of the house and the views across the river from the private terrace make for fabulous wedding photographs.
Telling the story of your day is what all documentary wedding photographers are aiming for, and so after we’ve captured the ceremony photographs and bagged some great candids, it’s well worth creeping off for some newlywed shots in the secret garden, a loop around the grounds and some time down by the river bank to make sure your wedding photography at the Great House at Sonning is a beautiful reflection of your day.
