CARA & LIM ENGAGEMENT SHOOTCotswolds Wedding Photographer – Cara and Lim’s Engagement Shoot
Cara is studying in the UK before heading back to Singapore to get married. Lim flew in for a couple of weeks holiday before the wedding to catch up on ‘wedmin’ and to spend some time in the UK. I was lucky enough to meet them both for a days engagement shoot in the Cotswolds.
We met in Lower Slaughter and meandered around this beautiful little village and its neighbour, Upper Slaughter, capturing some engagement photographs for Cara and Lim to share with family and friends back in Singapore. Engagement shoots or pre-wedding shoots are a great way to learn how to relax in front of camera, pick up a few posing tips and of course capture some lovely images to cherish.
It was a fabulous spring morning in the Cotswolds and after a morning shoot in Slaughter, we headed to Bibury to capture some more images. I try to approach engagement shoots as I do a wedding and make my couples feel as relaxed as possible in front of camera. We walk a little, shoot a little, and treat the day as a documentary styled stroll.
