I first met Matt and Joanna not far from the venue when we shared a coffee and chatted through their wedding day plans. Matt has his own creative business and had a clear vision of the documentary style of images they were looking for on the day.
Key to Matt and Joanna was having time to spend with guests and for them to not be tied up taking photographs on their special day. Yet they wanted to create some memorable newlywed shots of the two of them together, as is often the way, events like a wedding are sometimes the only opportunity that you get photographs of you and your partner, particularly if like Matt and Joanna, you have a young child.
We crafted their personal wedding timeline to seamlessly blend into the day they had envisioned and with the picturesque grounds at Hampden House were easily able to capture some special images of the two of them together.
