As a Stone Barn wedding photographer I absolutely love shooting at this historic woodland barn in the heart of the Cotswolds.
Whether you’re getting married in the Summer or Winter, Stone Barn Cotswold wedding venue offers flexibility to tie the knot indoors using the Dutch Barns or outside under the Oak Gazebo.
In the winter the Dutch Barns at Stones Barn have open fires, fairy lights, firepits and lanterns, creating an intimite and warm atmosphere for friends and family to celebrate. The summer months offer celebrations in the grounds under the Oak Gazebo, with guests seating facing the gazebo. Summer weddings can also make the most of the BBQ and smoker, with wedding guests enjoying magnificient food.
For a Stone Barn photographer the venue offers ample spots to capture beautiful candid and couple portraits. The fields and driveway provide lovely backdrops to blend your wedding photography in with your venue, making it personal and unique to your day.

Stone Barn – Part of Cripps & Co Wedding Venues
The Ceremony Room
The brick and stone ceremony room, with it’s high ceiling, stone floor and enormous fireplace make for a beautiful place to hold your ceremony. The configuration can be changed and the space will accommodate up to 200 guests. The room can then be transformed into a dance floor which accommodates up to 250 evening guests.
Dutch Barns
Weddings at Stone Barn have exclusive use of the Dutch Barns, accommodating 194 guests under the tin roof. It’s low lighting on the upper section with fairy lights, lanterns and the indoor BBQ make for a stunning visual backdrop as guests mingle and enjoy canapes and drinks.
The lower section offers ample dining space and with floor to ceiling windows, a view out into the surrounding countryside.
Oak Gazebo
The outdoor space, immediately opposite the Ceremony Room, hosts outdoor ceremonies of up to 160 guests.
Indoor Barbeque
Cooked over the open flames of Stone Barns huge indoor barbecues and rotisseries, wedding guests will enjoy feasts that are freshly prepared right in front of their eyes. The open plan kitchen means guests can see the chefs working their magic and the smell wafting through the barns.
