London Rowing Club Wedding Photographer 2023

As a London Rowing Club wedding photographer, the club is a fabulous venue to photograph, a unique and luxurious wedding venue along the Putney Embankment.

London Rowing Club is over 150 years old and has been the home to many World and Olympic rowing champions, indeed, as soon as you walk into the venue you feel immersed into the warmth and welcoming memorabilia with walls adorned in rowing excellence. The most notable nod to Olympic success is the wonderful coxless fours boat from the 1939 Berlin games that hands from the ceiling.

The boathouse offers great light with huge windows opening onto the River Thames, providing guests with amazing views of the River. This Victorian building offers a romantic and intimate venue for your wedding photography.

For this London Rowing Club wedding photographer the venue offers ample spots to capture beautiful candid and couple portraits. With an amazing terrace and the river views are stunning. Especially nice is the Long Room and the coxless boat making a focal point for your wedding guests to dine beneath.

You can see some of the photographs I’ve captured at London Rowing Club in the gallery below.

I focus on people and moments, capturing the love, life and laughter of your nearest and dearest in whats probably best described as a documentary style.  My approach is to delight you with a mix of authentic candid images alongside some elegant couple portraits that whisk you back to your special day.

Please take a look though and if you are getting married at the London Rowing Club then do drop me a line.

London Rowing Club Wedding Testimonial

Damion was amazing and our wedding photos will be something we will cherish forever! We had to rearrange our wedding for a third time in less than 3 months in a completely different country, venue, time of year and throughout Damion was so helpful, professional and always had some friendly advice to share. Our guests felt comfortable around him and at the end he could easily have been a friend attending as a guest.
After the event our photos were delivered shortly thereafter and it was fantastic to be able to share with friends and family who were there but also those who were not able to attend. Thank you Damion for capturing our special day in such a unique way!
