As an Egyptian wedding photographer, I’ve shot at this luxury hotel in Hertfordshire a number of times and so it was a pleasure to return for George and Tina’s celebration at Sopwell House.
George and Tina were the loveliest of couples and I had a great time capturing their special day for them.
Loved you yesterday, love you still, always have, always will.
I first spoke to George after collecting my Wedding Industry Award from TWIA, when he saw my profile in the hunt for his own wedding photographer.
George and I instantly clicked and I was delighted when he booked me for his Egyptian wedding photography. Although I spoke to Tina on the phone, I never met her until the wedding morning at Sopwell House. (she was equally as welcoming and friendly as George).
Neither of them warned me about Tina’s father – he was like a whirlwind of laughter, brightening the room and forever encouraging mischief. (I caught him several times with his party trick of drinking wine from the bottle).
Tina and George opted for a traditional Egyptian ceremony at The Coptic Church, before celebrating at Sopwell House.
I loved this wedding, from the depth of family connections and love through to the energy on the dance floor.
