Winter Wedding at Hedsor House:

Romilly and Kay-C’s winter wedding at Hedsor House was both beautiful and fun with a rocking Gospel Choir that had guests up from their seats, clapping and swaying to the music.

Bridal Preparation:
I met Romilly in the stunning bridal suite of Hedsor House, where her sister, mum and bridesmaids were going through bridal preparation with help from the talented Victoria Percival.

Bridal preparation for me is all about documentary photography, capturing the moments between family and friends, the anticipation and the excitement and all the emotions these bring.

If their’s time I always try and capture a few bridal portraits and some bridesmaids shots as well (although this is not strictly ‘documentary’ it is equally important to my couples).

The Ceremony:

Kay-C was greeting guests and organising family members into their respective roles and positions ready for the brides arrival.

As guests entered the church in Beaconsfield they are greeted by the awesome voices of the gospel choir, giving everyone a cheery glow and by the time Romilly and Kay-C are signing the register the choir have all the guests on their feet, singing and swinging.

The Reception:

As the London buses ferry guests back to Hedsor House, Romilly and Kay-C take some time to enjoy the grounds and the winter sunshine as we captured some beautiful portraits of the newest Mr and Mrs.

After some emotional speeches, guests dried their eyes and enjoyed a busy dance floor as the party continued late into the night.

This was a beautiful winter wedding and my thanks go out to Deji Johnson who helped me capture this wonderful occasion.
