Summer Wedding in Richmond Park
Pembroke Lodge in Richmond Park is my old stomping ground so I was delighted to have the opportunity to revisit a venue I’m very familiar with and a park I spent most of the last 15 years walking around.
Loved you yesterday, love you still, always have, always will.
Fortunately for this summer wedding in Richmond Park the forecasted rain never arrived and the sun shone brightly all day as the girls got ready near Battersea, before the chauffeur arrived and whisked Andrea away to St Mary’s Church in Wimbledon for the ceremony.
Post ceremony Andrea, Andrew and myself took a short stroll around Poets’ Corner on the perimeter of Richmond Park to capture their newlywed photographs amongst the striking park.
It was such a lovely summers evening that post reception guests spilled out into the pavilion area and enjoyed drinks as the sun set and the fabulous The Distance rocked the dance floor.
